Ioniq5 No Enode connection

I just started a trial of ABRP Premium. I connected the car via Enode and was able to log in successfully (despite my Bluelink subscription being expired… not sure if this matters). However, the app is showing no connection to Enode (I see red bars with a strikeout), so I am not getting current battery percentage. The map also does not appear to show current traffic conditions (I do have this option turned on).

Any ideas?

    Traffic data does appear to be showing up now, but still no Enode connection.

        Also, charger availability was not showing up on the map either. The circular diagram was always shown in grey.

        Not having live battery status also affected route planning after a charging stop. I had to restart planning, remove the previous stop, use the little slider to adjust my battery percentage (after finishing charging, so wasting time in the parking lot), and then hit plan and choose from suggested routes. This was an issue at every stop because the Ioniq 5 charges very fast, so by the time I return to my car, the battery percentage was always higher than what was planned.
