Ioniq5 No Enode connection

I just started a trial of ABRP Premium. I connected the car via Enode and was able to log in successfully (despite my Bluelink subscription being expired… not sure if this matters). However, the app is showing no connection to Enode (I see red bars with a strikeout), so I am not getting current battery percentage. The map also does not appear to show current traffic conditions (I do have this option turned on).

Any ideas?
