Integration with TomTom Go

As an electric vehicle driver, I want ABRP to integrate seamlessly with TomTom GO navigation, so that I can benefit from both ABRP's excellent charging planning and TomTom's superior navigation and traffic avoidance capabilities during my trips.
While I don't expect ABRP to develop a full-fledged navigation system, as its core competency lies in EV trip and charge planning, integrating with TomTom GO would create a nearly perfect solution for many EV drivers.

Acceptance Criteria:
Bidirectional real-time information exchange between ABRP and TomTom GO during navigation

ABRP updates charge planning when TomTom reroutes due to traffic or other reasons
TomTom adjusts route when ABRP modifies charging stops

Seamless handover of planned route from ABRP to TomTom GO, not just a one-time Transfer.

While Google Maps integration might be preferred by many users, TomTom offers superior automatic rerouting and live traffic data handling. A Google Maps integration would be an improvement, but not one I'd be willing to pay extra for.
