Integrated Alarm for Charging

An alarm in the app that can give off a persistent or single sound notification when reaching the desired charge level would be nice. Further extending that to when hitting 100% but not moving can be helpful as well.

Make it optional and not a default, let us set intervals for it to keep alarming.

This can help to avoid idle charging fees at certain chargers if we've fallen asleep or have otherwise become distracted. It can also help us to avoid overcharging at a public charger for the same reasons.
