Integrate 802.11p V2X (Vehicle-to-Everything) data, with waiting time at traffic light

Hi, there is esp32-c5 hardware enabling to receive and decode 802.11p V2X data, including waiting time at traffic light and other datas. It would be a great new integration : - 1 to allow receiving from directly from those device (some in bluetooth)
