Insistent on 92% charge with next stop arriving at 46%

On SLC->Beaverton,OR the stop in Boardman, OR is up to 92% followed by a stop in Hood River which I get to at 46%! before leaving at 47%!!!!! There is no point to Boardman, OR charging to 92% SoC, taking well over 30min when I'm trying to tell it to stop at Hood River on the way home. No mater how I move the slider, or putting in all the exact stops I want, it still insists that Boardman, OR is charged up to 90+%.
