Incorrect traffic information

The traffic information is often faulty. Red markings for traffic jams are displayed where there are no traffic jams. This happens continuously on different occasions.

I witnessed the same on my latest journey. This was the first longer journey with our new EV.
We were driving on a Sunday, when there were only very few other cars on the road. We also didn’t use any highway. Nevertheless, ARBP showed some traffic congestions on our route and I happened to find out, that there were speed limits given, on those parts of the route, where ARBP thinks, there were none. So cars, reporting to ARBP, that they slow down with no “obvious” reason, will lead to ARBP judging the street to be congested. In areas, where speeding cameras are located, the slow down effects almost certainly led to red color indicators, whilst the others areas were only orange.
Is there any way, to report new speed limitations to ARBP (or its underlying) data source?
(Although I guess, it’ll be hard. to make notes, when driving alone.)
