Incorrect time estimate for commutes
Hello, I noticed incorrect time estimates for commutes I conduct daily.
Attached for reference is one of them:

This commute takes usually more than one hour, considering traffic conditions which ABRP app seems to ignore.
When using other known planners, the time estimates are correct.
- Where does this happen?
- ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

Hi
I get 52 minutes on Google maps. It can be that the live traffic in that area is not correct. The live traffic is working when I make a longer trip up north.

But you know, I shouldn’t be using two different apps. As far as I’m concerned, the app should be looking at live traffic and calculate the commute correctly. Is there anything that can be done?

I just asked and unfortunately there is nothing we can do at the moment. There is some live traffic but it’s not enough.

Can’t you get live traffic information from Waze or Google?

Unfortunately the pricing and conditions from Google does currently not permit us to use live traffic from them, but this can change in the future.
