Hello ABRP Support Team,
I am using ABRP with my Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo (Model Year 2021) and I am noticing that the SOC (State of Charge) shown in the ABRP app does not match the SOC displayed in the vehicle.
The deviation is consistent and not just a short-term delay. The SOC shown in the car differs from the value ABRP uses, which leads to incorrect range and charging predictions.
Context / details:
Vehicle: Porsche Taycan Cross Turismo, MY 2021
ABRP usage: iOS / Apple CarPlay
Data source: Porsche Connect integration (no manual SOC input)
Issue: ABRP SOC differs from the SOC shown in the vehicle
I have verified that:
the vehicle connection is active,
the ABRP app is up to date,
and the issue persists across multiple drives.
Could you please clarify:
which SOC value ABRP uses for the Taycan (BMS SOC vs. displayed SOC), and
whether there is a known synchronization or calibration issue specifically affecting 2021 Taycan Cross Turismo models?
If required, I am happy to provide screenshots, logs, or further vehicle details.
Thank you in advance for your support.
Best regards
