Incorrect road closure data near Rostock (Mühlendamm/Tessiner Straße)

When planning a route from Rostock Steintor to Güstrow, ABRP repeatedly routes via a detour through Rövershäger Chaussee, apparently assuming that Mühlendamm/Tessiner Straße at Weißes Kreuz is closed. This is incorrect.

Mühlendamm/Tessiner Straße is open to through traffic in both directions, though currently restricted to 30 km/h with a single lane outbound (towards Güstrow). It should not be excluded from routing.

Neubrandenburger Straße, on the other hand, is actually fully closed at the moment and should be marked as such.
