Incorrect return route

I’m planning a route from Weston super Mare to three counties showground Malvern. The outgoing leg is fine. I need to charge the car on the return leg. However, the planner is taking a round about route to get to a charging station that is on the outbound route. It happens to be on the opposite side of the M5, but the planner hasn’t recognised that there is a bridge across the M5 at Junction 9, that accesses the charging point.
