Incorrect Data (Car Comparison)

Hi Team, I’m just looking at the data used for Car Comparison option and it proves that your database is off in a few area’s. Especially around peak DC Charging rates.

Elroq 60 (2025) = NMC battery instead of LFP with 165 kW peak.

Elroq 85 (2025) = has 135 kW peak.

Id.3 (2024) = has 135 kW peak.

I haven’t looked at other cars, but the first 3 cars I selected had errors. So likely quality issues in the whole database used.

    Thank you for reporting this, and I’m sorry your initial experience wasn’t a smooth one.

    Our modelling expert has reviewed the issue in detail and implemented a few updates, including adjustments to the battery chemistry for the Elroq 60 and some peak DC charging values. The findings don’t fully align with the conclusions you mentioned, but we’d really appreciate you taking another look and sharing any further thoughts.

    Just to clarify, the data shown in the EV Comparison tool is the same dataset we use in ABRP for route planning. Running into discrepancies across multiple models like this is certainly unusual, and we understand how that can affect confidence. While occasional inconsistencies can occur, e.g. across different regions and occasional mistakes, we continuously work to improve the accuracy and reliability of our database.
