Incorrect charger location cannot be reported retrospectively

ABRP currently allows users to report the correct location of a charger only when they are physically at the correct location.
This creates a problem when a charger is incorrectly positioned on the map. If I discover the correct charger location while driving, but only want to report the issue later — for example, after reaching my destination — there is no way to specify the correct location manually.
As a result, users cannot report incorrect charger locations retrospectively unless they submit the correction while physically at the charger.
It would be very useful to allow users to manually select the correct charger location on the map when reporting an incorrect position, regardless of their current location.
