Incoherence in charger choice

I'm planning to go from Belgium to Spain. My preferred networks are Tesla and Electra. TotalEnergy is tagged as 'Avoid Network'. Why does ABRP:

  1. plans a stop at a Wenea station (C. Alday, s/n , Maliaño) which is just next a Tesla SUC?

  2. forsee twos stops (not the same as above) at 2% battery remaining as I set the minimum arrival charge at 10%

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    In addition, one can see a stop at a TotalEnergies station which should be avoided
