Improved Fallback Location for Vehicle when not included in API Data

ABRP could use contextual clues to record a vehicle’s location for those vehicle’s whose API does not provide location information. For example, the vehicle’s location could be logged when ABRP loses its connection to the vehicle’s OBD reader, or when CarPlay is disconnected. Thanks!
