Improve initial map loading on network change

When getting into the car and WIFI is still connected but get's worse, mapbox does not load. Sometimes it does not reload at all, sometimes it takes a while until the map is shown.

We should add a listener for network change events that checks if the map loaded or not and if not reload the map on network change
