            Thanks for the details. I've had a look at your account and it seems the planning is failing due to an avoided charger. The strange thing is that while your settings indicate a charger is being avoided, it isn't listed, so you can't de-select it.

            We're looking into why this is happening and will work on getting it fixed as soon as we can.
