Impossible to adjust battery level after charging

When I charge as part of a route stop, I never get the exact plan value but often something higher. But I can’t adjust the value in the app. When I try using the +/- buttons, the slider just jumps back to whatever value the app thinks I should have. Only after I have used at least 1%, can I adjust the values.

And sometimes the + and - buttons just disappear after while. Probably because I annoyed the app too much.
