Impossible to add image to bug report

It is impossible to add image to bug report. Even if I am logged in, when I click the image button it brings up the "Choose an action" pane where I can choose "Media picker". But if I choose "Media picker" and select an image then when it comes back it is back at the Support & Feedback pane again where I have to kick "Report a bug" again, then click "+ Submit" and it makes me start a new bug report. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S23 running Android version 14.
