Image is shuttering when I open something ex charger.

I need to tap in the right corner on the three lines and than x to close to see further. I think it's a problem with my custom display resolution in Samsung galaxy ultra 24. I don't know the software version. It's updated.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
