Hi ABRP Team,
I would like to provide feedback regarding a very inefficient and illogical routing issue I encountered while planning a trip from Ankara to Zonguldak, Turkey.
Even though I set my starting battery state of charge (SoC) to 100%, the app suggests three alternatives, and the third one is particularly problematic. It directs me to drive all the way to Bolu and then turn back towards Zonguldak, adding an extra 50 minutes to the journey. This route makes no sense geographically or logistically, especially since the car has more than enough charge to take more direct routes.
While the first route is fine and the second one via Gerede is acceptable (despite a 15-minute delay), the third option is completely redundant. It seems like the routing algorithm is prioritizing certain chargers or points of interest in a way that ignores basic logic and time efficiency.
I hope you can look into your routing parameters for this region to prevent such "back-and-forth" suggestions in the future. It is just one example. I'm dealing with such problems a lot so I make my planning with Google maps and use abrp only to visualize chargers around .

Best regards.
