Basically, the confirmed route was already a detour anyway, which is why I decided on my own to take the shorter route. And suddenly ABRP wants to send me to the right – even though the route on the left is much shorter and just as quiet. When ABRP then told me, ‘You’ll save 2 minutes’, I just couldn’t make sense of the app anymore.
See the image. You don’t have to be a genius to see that the red route (the one preferred by ABRP) is much longer than the one in green (-2 mins).

This could be due to a temporary traffic increase at that time or other circumstances that may have lead to ABRP identifying another route instead. Please let us know if this happens again for you in a different timestamp and date.
