ID.4 Live Data Enode is not updating SoC

I am using ABRP Premium with ID.4 Live Data connection to Enode. The problem is that :

1. The SoC is always 100% and history rides are showing 0 consumption, hence the planning is completely wrong thinking that there is still juice whereas it is not correct

2. The status shows “Last connection 3h” while the location is shown “almost” live

   Please advise if it a known behavior and how to correct it ? Should I reconnect Enode ?
