Icon legend in the "manual"

You need to create a page that describes all the iconography used in ABRP while driving.

For example, I got a green crossed-over signal bars icon the other day. So I parked and tried to figure out why it was crossed over. I had good 5G signal on the phone, live data from ODB sensor was working and the when looking at the planned charging stop it seems to have plenty of available chargers.

I still have no idea of what a free (normally good) crossed-over (normally bad) full signal bars (normally good) actually mean. I've had it a few more times since.

Is it bad? Is it good? Why is it there? What does it mean?
