Grey screen on Android (missing pop-up)

I have a subscription to ABRP.I have a subscription to ABRP. I use both an iPhone and a pixel nine pro fold. Functionality of the app is extremely unreliable in the pixel but it is my primary phone symptoms are when I tap on a feature within ABRP. I get a great out screen. I’m unable to access saved plans or recent plans. I just get a grey screen.
