Option to avoid countries that require a vignette

I don’t have an Austrian motorway vignette, but my route goes through Austria. I’d like to have an option to avoid countries that require a vignette. This option isn’t available. Even better would be if the app allowed you to buy a digital vignette for toll roads, so you wouldn’t need those ugly stickers on your windshield
