I cant choose which GPS data to use

I can not choose my phone as location data. In trip, abrp thinks I am stopping in every 1 minute, I believe this is because it takes location data from my vehicle, not my phone. Before, we can choose where to get to location while doing a plan, but now, I guess that setting is gone. I am having a big trouble.
