I cannot log issues or respond as authentication doesn't work

Hi, Each time I try to post, comment or review it loads a pop up screen saying "redirecting you to a better route planner for authentication". It just loads the app and I can't do anything else. Without that being resolved I can't respond to anything so please can someone help me without generating an email that just causes the same issue? Thanks.
