I am not in Europe!

Hello, despite my best efforts, I have been unable to change my residential region setting from Brazil. The app always thinks I am in Europe, which prevents me from successfully logging into the BYD server. Please, what should I do?
Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Do you try to connect to Enode? Enode don’t support Brazil right now.

      Thank you for your reply. This is absolutely frustrating, especially because, at the time of sale, we aren't clearly told that an entire country isn't covered. It's regrettable.

        We have recently gained more users in South America and Asia and have not had time to adapt information to that. However, we are working on this now. I will also ask Enode when there is a possibility of expanding to these parts of the world.
