Live data problem

I am having some problems with live data. I attempted to connect, assuming I could use one of the three Bluetooth OBD adapters I have. I ended up noticing two of the three are not low energy. The third one though is a Innova 1000 which should work, it will connect to the app and to the car but will not find SOC. Is this an issue with the adapter or does more coding need to be done?

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi James,

    I can’t find that the Innova 1000 supports BLE. Please ensure that the device you’re using does support a BLE connection so that it is compatible with ABRP.
