I-90 NYS: Ignoring chargers at rest stops

I just finished a trip that took me most of the way across NYS on I-90. Almost every reststop on i-90 (a toll road) has available electric charging. While getting off the highway might be cheaper, it does mean it takes longer to get to the charger, slowing down the over all trip. AND since you pay to get off, it increases the over all toll paid. It would be nice either, it registered the rest area chargers (which it used to do) OR gave me an option “avoid extra tolls, even if charging will cost more” that I can set as a trip option.
