Hyundai Inster error with Obdlink CX

Hey, I have a Hyundai Inster Prime ND every time I want to add the CX, the app gets an error in the last connection step with the car. Already tried different Phones (ios&android), different App Versions, setting the car up again, different settings in the CX which has the latest update.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)
