Huge Issues with ABRP and CarPlay

Good Afternoon,

I’m contacting the support today because my Issues on CarPlay are continuing….

to summarize my situation :
-iPhone 11 Pro Max
-I’m Using IOS 15.5
-My ABRP version is : 4.2.11
-Location settings for ABRP are on « Always »

Details of the issues :

when I’m using ABRP with Apple CarPlay, it becomes very very Laggy… and it becomes unusable…
There is a Lot of delay… and the position shown on CarPlay is Delayed of approximately 20s to 1 minutes and sometimes more…

Because of this slowdown, all my CarPlay systems is becoming very Laggy and when I’m « hard closing » the App via my phone, everything comes back to normal !!!

To be Honest with you I don’t have any issues with any other Navigation App… ( Google Map/ Apple Plan/ Waze etc… )

What am I trying on my side to solve the problem ? :
-I’m Installing all ABRP updates
-I’m trying to use it with my phone’s screen ON
-I’m trying to use it with my phone’s screen OFF
-I’m trying to close any other Apps open on my phone

I’m stuck and I have been reading a lot of other testimonies on this issues but there isn’t any constructive answers from your Teams…
Keep in mind that we are paying to have this option…

So please !! Do something to correct this issue definitively !
