How do I change the starting car SOC manually?

How do I do this? It used to be easy to override the live data SOC so that I could plan a trip for the morning AFTER the car has been charged to 100%. Now I cant seen to easily over ride the starting percentage. What gives - not much of a planner if I cant do that!

Also, there seems to be a HUGE slant towards using Tesla charges despite them being much slower and adding considerable time to my trips (10% or more!). It doesn’t make sense and have to deselect them.
