Not all activities logged when using Enode

My history isn’t showing all drives. It does occasionally collect some drives but there is no real pattern. It does work (not always) if I start the route and stop it immediately but that’s it. I am connected via Enode and this is working fine for the battery status. The first few months of using (till November) the app catches every drive even the 1 min parking ones. But since mid December it’s not working anymore.

Thank you for reporting! We have found an issue where Enode points are sometimes dropped and we are just implementing a solution to it. Please let us know if the issue changes the coming days.

So, after a few days it’s seems to be back on track thank you, I would ask you to leave this issue open for another week or so to confirm the long term 😊 thank you!

Update for my post earlier: it worked for almost 8 days now but it’s back to only sometimes tracking charging sessions. Any idea?
