History deleted

When I was on my way using the app, my phone had troubles to set up an internet connection starting from the moment when roaming should have started. It was not an issue until I missed an exit and rerouting was necessary. The app collapsed and when I restarted - later even with internet connection in place - all my history was gone. Not only the actual route but also earlier trips. The latter ones have been there a few dais earlier. I know because I checked them to plan my actual trip. Also the switch to store activity data is deactivated and remains on the status “no”.
