High mobility connection is inaccurate

High mobility seems to be automatically on for my Porsche Taycan, and it’s beyond useless.

I paid for premium to get over the air via Porsche, which worked perfectly.

Now, however, high mobility has appeared, and now there is no connection, and high mobility randomly makes up its own SoC data, resulting in the routing in the app to be completely useless now

High mobility can not be removed, but needs to be immediately!

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Can you explain more about not being able to remove it? Are you not able to change it to the Enode connection any longer?

      This is all that is showing on app. I never asked for high mobility, it seemed to do it on its own accord. I only wanted Porsche connection, which worked perfectly in a previous drive. I tried to set up a new car, and got the same result

        I have checked the connection type and it says that you have an Enode connection currently. Is this correct or is it still stuck in High Mobility?
