    Hi,

Generally, ABRP may be somewhat too heavy for what the Tesla browser can handle. You can, however, check if clearing the browser data in your Tesla may help.

Otherwise, we can only suggest using the ‘share to Tesla’ feature, which allows ABRP to send the next waypoint of the plan to your Tesla nav.

I used to use ABRP in my Tesla via a browser. Yes, it worked perfectly, sometimes closing on its own, but I never encountered error 9. After a recent update, most likely to the WEB version of ABRP, it stopped opening in Tesla. I really want to use your app in my Tesla and am even considering purchasing it. Perhaps you should create a separate URL with a simplified interface that will work specifically for Tesla.

    Dear Katya S.

Your messages are very aggressive, which has left me quite disappointed. As a service provider, it’s your responsibility to adapt to Tesla — not the other way around. Therefore, it’s up to you to make the necessary updates to ensure compatibility with Tesla.

If you’re unable to do so, you should have informed users before they purchased an annual subscription and obtained a waiver acknowledging potential issues.

At the moment, the core function of the app — navigation through the car’s browser — is completely unusable.

Instead of focusing on how you will resolve this, you’re emphasizing the limitations of Tesla’s browser. In that case, adapt your system accordingly.

Please keep us informed regarding any decisions or actions you plan to take on this matter.

I'm experiencing the same issue and error with my 2024 Tesla Model Y. I'm a premium member. Please resolve this issue. Sometimes I can access your website without any issues, and sometimes I can't.

If we could resolve this issue, it would’ve been fixed yesterday. Working within the constraints of the Tesla browser is not feasible for ABRP. We hope that future versions of the Tesla browser will be more powerful.

I spoke with Tesla. They say the problem is with the ABRP website. What I don't understand is that sometimes it accesses your website without any trouble.

That’s, of course, one way to look at it; it seems that Tesla, in this case, cannot or does not want to adjust the constraints of their in-car browser.

The bottom line is that we cannot magically lower the resource consumption of ABRP. We’re sincerely sorry, but that is the reality.

I think the problem is loading files from the website. After clearing the cache, everything worked fine for a few days. I don't understand what Tesla's limitations have to do with this. If Tesla had limitations, the website wouldn't load anyway.

The problem persists. I'm a premium member, but I was shocked by the developer's responses.

    tesla web browser

Abrp doesn't open in the Tesla browser. The page is blocked by Tesla. You need to find a solution.

      Hi

If Tesla has blocked it, unfortunately there's not much we can do.

You need to resolve this issue. So why should I purchase a premium membership? If Tesla provides you with the API information, you need to contact Tesla and fix this issue. Many users report that the Tesla browser abrp won't open. You don't seem to care about this issue.

      Hello @ABRP User #1473608,

This is an issue for Tesla vehicles in which ABRP crashes and you are not able to access it. This issue is not possible to be resolved by us since it is the software of Tesla themselves that makes the app crash on launch. You can use it on other devices such as your phone and access the map.
