Had to adjust from 138 Wh/km to 95 to get accurate results

I noticed that I arrived to a destination with 20% more charge than I should have. Then, the same thing happened on the return (280km) journey and I now only get accurate results when I lower my efficiency to 95 Wh/km, which doesn’t make any sense. I have been using ABRP for a many years with the same settings, it seems to have just changed overnight. It seems like the system can’t really be working right if it judges that to be my car’s efficiency. Or should I just use it with that setting?
