There is an issue of recognizing TTS when using the app ABRP.
They use an TTS recognition "pop-up" which asks if you would like to install Google TTS or proceed without TTS.
You can provoke this pop-up when you go to settings within the app and turn on "voice guidance" (see the docs)
You can click on "install" and it will forward you to the store link of "Speech Recognition & Synthesis" from Google LLC (com.google.andoird.tts). You can click on ignore and the app turns off "voice guidance" again.
There is a problem with leting the app recognise if TTS is installed. I expect there is some kind of "if-clause" in the app which let the pop-up appear if there is no tts installed. GOS actually tries to ignore such questions from apps I would expect. So how should we enable ABRP to ask about TTS status? Maybe they do it wrong, but they do it on normal android and it seems to work everywhere else.
Opening this ticket as I found this issue today, and in this thread github.com/GrapheneOS/os-issue-tracker/issues/3546 it's discussed that the problem should reside on ABRP's end.
