Location in Android Auto lags behind while driving

When using Google drive in Android Auto, my GPS response is perfect. But with abrp the GPS is verry laggy. So mutch that I can't trust it to make turns on time.

Where does this happen?
ABRP version number (found at bottom of settings menu)

    Hi @Bram ten Have,

    Have you checked if you see the same behavior when not being connected to AA but just using the ABRP Android app?

    It is possible that this is not related to GPS location but instead a lag in the “video feed” transmitted from the Android app to the AA extension.

    I have the exact same problem. When using Google Maps through Android Auto, the car position matches perfectly, but with ABRP the position is consistently ~30 seconds behind. This makes ABRP completely unusable through Android Auto.
