Hello @Steven Robinson,
Do you have your location services turned on? Please specify what compute you are using currently (Mac, other laptop, stationary computer) and which kind of web browser that you use aswell (Opera, Google Chrome, etc.). Please check the location services by finding a guide for it (if you are not sure how to find it) and report back with your results.

The blocked icon was in the top right corner in the address window next to the favorite star.

I just found an location icon on the site that had a line though it. I hovered over it and said ABRP was blocked apparently by Chrome. I clicked it and it allowed me to unblock ABRP. Now I’m good, thank you.

It’s strange because it does let me plan a route. These messages are not showing on my other computer or my phone app.

It also said no permission with an OK button.

I’m using windows desktop stationary, Chrome. I just checked, location services, let apps access your location, let desktop apps access you location are all on.
