Google app unstable on Xiaomi phone.

As discussed with Mahde,

I am opening this discussion/ bug report.

I cannot use the application on my Google phone.

I am using a Xiaomi 14T Pro. I was one time logged in. Had the change to enter a source and destination. It showed me the destination and the stops in total.

Once closed the application. I am now getting the message above.

I already re-installed the application. I am entering the email and password manually. I am not using the Google API to login.

If someone can see what the problem is? I am hearing great stories about the app. So it works on others.

Where does this happen?

    I fixed the problem.

    Because it was opening with the browser to login.

    I disabled Google Chrome. And then tried it to open with Mi browser.

    Instantly it is working.

    I dont know why exactly it had issues with the Google Chrome browser. But it solved the problem by disabling chrome and opening with mi browser

      Hallo,

      No it's not working. Tried it. Same happend. When you close the app and reopen the app.

      And you try to login, when entering and login (pressing the button a loading window appears quickly and then nothing happens. But when pressing one more time on login then you get session expired Problem!!

    Hi all,

    web version works fine, its really the phone that does not work. I tried now on PC google chrome browser, working fine, I am seeing the car and the MAP!

    What I have noticed is that when you enter the email and password and press to login..

    You see the loading bar quickly trying something to do, but nothing happens. And then then when you press one more time to login you see that error message what i showed

    Thanks for reporting! We are looking into this issue - let us know if there are any details you can see which would help us find it. It seems to affect some Xiaomi users right now.

    I am also facing the same problem when I want to login on my Xiaomi :(
