Frozen state of charge

I have noticed this multiple times over the past few weeks. The app does connect with the OBD dongle and can read my car statistics, but they do not update. The SOC in ABRP will be stuck to a fixed percentage (e.g. 95%) in my case, and a green bluetooth percentage will show.
If you schedule a route, the percentage will go down but when you restart a route, it will go back to that same 95%.
Restarting the app, switching phone to flight mode and back or changing dongles have no effect. The only thing that resolves this, in my case, is re-adding my car.
I did notice two things: (1) the app and dongle are syncing as shown in the app status and the dongle light blinks. (2) the status will rapidly switch between "updated x days ago (orange)" and "connected" with the wrong 95%. I have attached screens before and after re-adding the car.
