Frequent Loss Of Speed Limit

In the 6.1.3 beta release the speed limit value frequently stops displaying while driving, leaving only the live vehicle speed from an ODB2 dongle. This is a change from the 6.1.2 beta where the speed limit was consistently displayed.

On the route below, there was no speed limit displayed for about half of the route. Before there was a speed limit for the whole route (or very close to it).
