Freeway is fractured into chunks
Along Highway US-101 in California, heading south from San Jose to Paso Robles, there are several places where the freeway seems to not be intact.
I am directed to exit the freeway, and immediately return to the freeway.
There is no traffic slowdown on the freeway.
Where does this happen?
