For charge stops, allow for minimum charging time

I do several long multi-day road trips, and use ABRP to plan them.

When stopping to charge, I would like to have a minimum time set to charge. For example, it takes me about 15 minutes to clean the windshield and have a bio break, (longer if I want to get something to eat) and there’s no reason not to charge the entire time I’m stopped.

I can edit each stop manually to change the departure SOC which has the same effect, however when changing the current departure time it does not know that the car will be charging (and it really shouldn’t)
