Filter to only use chargers with availability status

VERY annoying problem: ABRP calculates a route with charge stops at chargers that don't submit their availability status (at least not to ABRP). The availability is displayed as grey. At the charger, I realize that it is defective! This can get you into serious trouble if there is not another one nearby, and it always requires manual re-planning.

Just like the filter for a configurable number of minimum stalls, I would like to filter so ABRP only considers chargers with live availability status.
