Fiat 600e – Enode Integration Issues (Authentication and Missing Remote Commands)

Hello ABRP Support Team,

I am trying to connect my Fiat 600e to ABRP using the Enode integration.

My Fiat Connect account is active and functioning. I can successfully log in to the official Fiat application and retrieve vehicle information without any issues.

However, during the Enode connection process I encounter the following error:

"Invalid credentials – Fiat could not authenticate you with the credentials you entered."

What makes this issue confusing is that some vehicle data appears to be available:

Battery State of Charge (SoC) is updated correctly.

Vehicle location is updated correctly.

Vehicle lock status is reported correctly.

Authentication failures continue to occur despite using credentials that work correctly in the Fiat application.

Vehicle details:

Vehicle: Fiat 600e

Region: Europe

Fiat Connect services activated recently

Enode integration

ABRP Premium subscription active

Could you please help me determine:

Whether Fiat 600e is fully supported through Enode.

Whether there are any known authentication issues affecting Stellantis/Fiat accounts.

Whether my Enode connection appears partially authenticated from your side.

If any logs are available for my failed authentication attempts.

I have attached a screenshot of the error message for reference.

Thank you for your assistance.

Kind regards,

Taha DOGAN
