Thanks. The road to the ferry was tagged as a service road and then we can’t drive there. My colleague have changed it at Open street map and if someone else don’t change it back it will work. It can take up to two weeks before the change goes through.

Appears routing via this ferry connection isn’t working again, as the ferry is unused on this route even though it shows on the baseman and I didn’t turn off ferry connections in the route options:

Is there a way to make the Openstreetmap change more permanent, or allow the use of a service road in this instance?

Anyone can make changes on Open street map. Unfortunately we can’t change it back every time someone change it.
If you zoom in to the dashed ferry line and right click at it you can select Add ferry. Then you will have it in your plan.
