Feature Gaps and Bugs

We started to test your NAV APP due to major gaps in the in-car NAV system. Making use of your APP, we came across multiple issues in the user journey, since dynamic routing is not possible. It appears like you require a fixed route planning at first, based on which it will be able to navigate.

True reality in traffic is: you have to re-act to current traffic situation and you will need to divert. Being forced - while driving - to repeatedly re-plan a route is not possible on the long run.

Furthermore, defined preferences are not reflected. Our car i.e. is realisticly capable of at least 300km travel until we need to stop. On our last journey of 900km across Austria and Germany, we intended to have at maximum 2-3 stops for quick charging.

Despite having chosen the correct filter settings your APP was planning six stops. None of which was following our operator preferences. We hence ended up with a manual planning. A frustrating process.

Way forward, we nevertheless bought a one year license to test your service further. And we remain optimistic that you manage to overcome the feature limitations and bugs experienced soon.
